Naomi Reitzin-Palmer

Naomi Reitzin-Palmer is the Programme Administrator at the Caribbean Policy Research Institute (CAPRI), where she oversees the organisation’s programmes, coordinates funding from donors and sponsors, and ensures the smooth running of various administrative functions.
Naomi holds a Master of Arts in English from the University of Alberta, Canada. In 2025, she represented CAPRI at the prestigious On Think Tanks School for Thinktankers in Barcelona, Spain, which is a global training programme for emerging think tank leaders.
On behalf of CAPRI, she authored a blog post for On Think Tanks, later republished in The Gleaner, titled "Beyond the Donor: New Doors to Think Tank Resilience."
Outside of work, Naomi is a dedicated violinist who has been playing for over 20 years, making it her longest-standing commitment to anything, outlasting gym memberships, New Year’s resolutions, and most TV series.
