In her role as Executive Associate, Kimberly manages the Executive Director’s daily schedule and activities while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. She plays a key role in identifying, researching, and cultivating potential foundation and corporate donors, in addition to assisting with human resource processes.

Kimberly's professional experience spans international relations, development, and youth empowerment. She previously served as a Research Intern at the Delegation of the European Union to Jamaica and has held roles such as Project Officer at the FiWe Children Foundation and Resident Advisor at the Elsa Leo Rhynie Hall at the University of the West Indies, Mona. She brings to the organization a strong background in research, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, along with a passion for inclusive development and advocacy.

She holds both a B.A. and an M.Sc. from the University of the West Indies, Mona, as well as certificates in Project Management and Human Resources. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kimberly is passionate about lifelong learning and personal growth. She enjoys reading, dancing, and exploring digital spaces to stay connected with new ideas and global trends.
