Planning Advisor - SAMPLE

Objective:
Accountable for the Jamaica & Bahamas Cluster financial reporting and co-development and execution of special projects at both corporate and operational levels with a view to enhancing the efficiencies and overall profitability of the company. The position is additionally accountable for identifying new business opportunities to be pursued.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the process of preparing the company’s strategic business plans.
  • Budget coordination and elaboration.
  • Identifying cost improvement initiatives that increase profitability and monitoring monthly results of projects being executed.
  • Preparing capital investment analysis, business cases for growth opportunities, and CAPEX execution follow-up.
  • Participate in regional strategic projects targeted to achieve improved strategic positioning and increase profitability, growth opportunity assessment and valuation.
  • Executing competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, monitor industry trends, and macroeconomic analyses.

 

Required Experience: Minimum two years of experience in planning position, production, or finance.
