Pakistan's Trade Deficit Widens to $1.5 Billion as Imports Increase Faster

Pakistan’s trade deficit widened by 23.9 percent in July as imports climbed faster than exports.
The trade gap widened to $1.45 billion in the first month of the fiscal year, from $1.17 billion a year ago, according to a faxed statement from the Ministry of Commerce in Islamabad today.
